This is achieved by addressing ailments concerning the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of yourself, as well as providing inspiration and empowerment to live your life in true authenticity and connection.
Recognising when you are feeling depleted in any of these areas, and allocating time for self care is key!
Treatment bookings are offered exclusively for women, while courses, classes, and corporate programmes are available for all.
