Teaching movement and fitness has always been such a huge part of my life. With over 25 years (!!) of experience, from conventions to resident teaching posts at prestigious dance schools, including Pineapple Dance Studios and Danceworks London, it feels amazing to step back into this world again. The only dopamine hit i’ma need this summer 🌊

What’s yours?

This post marks a personal achievement for me, and one I’ve worked hard for!

A few years back, I never imagined I’d be able to build a business that gave me this kind of freedom. Life looked very different then, and rebuilding wasn’t something I expected to have to do.

Today I’m managing my business, supporting my amazing Reiki trainees, graduates and members while checking in with my incredible Clearing Money Blocks clients, celebrating their wins, answering their questions and cheering them all on from a remote location.

I couldn’t do it quite like this without firstly building Aura, my trusty ai assistant (I’m so grateful for your positive feedback by the way, I was nervous to roll this out.) but more importantly, without first answering this calling in my own life. The practices I share are the same ones that helped me move through uncertainty, reconnect with myself, and create a life that feels deeply aligned.

To have created a business that supports the life I want to live, while still showing up wholeheartedly for the people who trust me, fills me with so much gratitude. And if I’m being honest, I’m feeling proud of myself right about now!

Well…it’s intentional.

During a session, energy is worked through the whole of your body, softening, shifting, opening, releasing… by the end, your system feels expanded, a little like you’re floating slightly beyond yourself.

And this is where the feet come in.

The feet carry a quiet, anchoring intelligence. They’re your connection point to the ground beneath you, connecting you to something steady, ancient, constant and consistent. When attention is brought here at the end of a session, it’s not just about ending the treatment, it’s about returning to your body.

Grounding your energy isn’t a loud or dramatic process in a Reiki session, it’s actually very subtle. Energetically drawing everything gently back down through the body, like roots finding their way into the earth.

I’m Katy, an energy specialist and somatic practitioner, working intuitively with the body’s energy field to help you come back into balance. Over time, I’ve developed a strong sensitivity to energy, which allows me to gently read what’s happening beneath the surface, where things may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or out of alignment, and where there’s natural flow and strength to build on.

My approach is always grounded, supportive, and focused on helping you feel clearer, calmer, and more connected to yourself.

I offer a range of ways to work together, including online and in-person training, workshops, classes and events, as well as one to one treatments and energy readings.

I’m also the author of Chakra Hacks – Tips and Tricks to Realign Your Energy, where I share simple, practical ways to support your energy and wellbeing in everyday life.
