Settle onto your mat, get comfortable and allow yourself to simply be. Reiki Flow is a deeply relaxing, meditation style class where you will be gently guided through the body's energy centres, moving from the grounding energy of the Root Chakra through to the Crown. Think of it as a collective distance Reiki experience - a shared space to pause, receive and reconnect with your own energy. No movement is required - just your willingness to relax and receive.
