This spiritually nourishing treatment is a fantastic way to maintain healthy energetic flow and is a great spiritual practice. Katy will use a combination of sound vibration, crystal and Reiki therapy techniques to bring the energy body back in to balance, and re-align the chakra centres. Carefully selected crystals are placed along the line of the seven main chakra centres, while sound vibrations from quartz singing bowls and tuning forks, are used to amplify the healing qualities of the crystals. The sound vibrations resonate at a raised frequency, which aid in re-aligning the chakras and assist the body to enter a state of relaxation and healing. Additional Reiki techniques clear any lingering or stagnant energy which is no longer serving to the client.
