Welcome to Reiki Level Two - Okuden

This is an invitation to deepen your relationship with Reiki, expand your understanding, and take the next step along your Reiki journey.

Reiki Level Two - Okuden, is a space for deeper exploration, personal development and continued connection with Reiki energy. Building on the foundations you developed during your Level One - Shoden training, this course invites you to explore Reiki in a more expansive and intentional way.

You may feel called to deepen your own practice, explore new Reiki techniques, support others more fully, or begin developing towards professional practice, wherever your journey is headed, this training offers the opportunity to grow your knowledge, confidence and connection.

Over the course of the training, you will be guided through the next stage of Reiki in a way that feels grounded, accessible and supportive. We will explore the traditional Reiki symbols and their applications, including techniques to support emotional and mental wellbeing, distance healing, and ways of working more intuitively with Reiki energy.

You will also deepen your understanding of energetic awareness and explore a range of Reiki techniques that can support your personal practice and the treatments you offer to others. Alongside the practical elements of the course, there is space to explore intuition, self-development, boundaries, practitioner preparation and the importance of caring for your own energy as you continue to grow.

This is not only about learning more techniques, it is an opportunity to deepen your trust in yourself, strengthen your connection with Reiki, and begin exploring how this practice may naturally evolve within your own life.

We will explore both in-person and distance healing practices, allowing you to develop greater confidence and flexibility in the ways you work. For those who wish to move towards offering Reiki professionally, we will also explore important aspects of practitioner development, including client care, preparation, professional standards, boundaries and building a sustainable and ethical Reiki practice.

You will receive your Reiki Level Two handbook and your Okuden attunement is included as part of this course.

At the end of the training, following successful completion of the required learning and assessment, you will receive your internationally recognised Reiki Okuden certificate on behalf of Reiki by the Sea, accredited by IPHM - International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine.

This is a small, intimate group, allowing space for personal guidance, questions, practice and integration. The pace is supportive, with opportunities to explore, ask questions and develop your confidence as you move into this next stage of your Reiki journey.
