About the course
A whole day of connection and creation at the Circle Studio, Herne Centre, Kent.
Katy, will lead you in to a deeply relaxing yoga nidra and healing sound bath meditation, for an hour of complete connection.
Bathe yourself in the soothing sounds and vibrations of the crystal singing bowls and other beautiful instruments, that have been used in these ancient practices for centuries. The healing vibrations resonate at the same frequency as the body, creating the perfect atmosphere to allow for deep meditation and self healing to take place.
Harnessing the ever changing energies of the lunar cycle, take part in a mindful journalling workshop, where you will have opportunity to create your own journal pad crafted from eco printed paper. Katy will guide you through the process, and show you how to use your journal to manifest with the moon.
Ultimately, and on top of all of this, you will gain your certification for authentic Usui Reiki Level 1 training - recognised and accredited by IPHM.
Learn the priciples and practice of Reiki, where you will uncover the history of Usui Reiki, the functions and locations of the major chakras, how to scan the aura, how to give Reiki to yourself, family and friends, and much, much more.
You will be attuned to Reiki at Shoden Level (Level 1), by Reiki Master Katy, and receive a recognised certificate, boasting an impressive Reiki lineage to add your name to!

Parking is available at this venue if you are travelling by car.
What to bring with you
A bottle of water & a packed lunch
If you have one, please bring your own yoga mat and cushion. Don't worry if you don't have one, as there will be spares provided.
A blanket, just to keep cosy. It's not uncommon for our body temperature to drop ever so slightly during meditation.
Please note
Just a polite notice to let you know, that cancellations within 14 days of the event, will be returned at 80% of the booking fee. The remaining 20% is retained to cover the hire of the allocated studio space.
