Welcome! I’m delighted to have you here. As your teacher and main point of contact throughout your studies, I’d like to take a moment to introduce myself and share a little about the work that has shaped these courses.
For many years, I have dedicated my practice to supporting others through energy healing treatments and spiritual self-care - helping clients achieve and maintain holistic balance in mind, body, and spirit. My approach integrates both traditional and contemporary techniques, ensuring a grounded yet expansive understanding of energetic wellness.
Alongside my healing practice, I am an experienced Reiki Master Teacher (Shinpiden, Level 4) offering accredited practitioner training in Reiki Levels 1 & 2, both in-person and online. I’m also the creator of The Energy Anatomy - a comprehensive online foundation course designed to explore the structure and function of the human energy system. This course forms the cornerstone of a growing collection of holistic training programmes curated to empower students in their personal and professional development.
My background includes qualifications and training in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Sound Therapy, Tai Chi, and Holistic Massage - disciplines that all contribute to my integrative approach to energy work and well-being. At the heart of my philosophy lies a simple belief; when we understand the energetic systems that shape us, we can transform how we experience ourselves, our environment, and one another. Through this awareness, true healing and alignment become possible. I’m sincerely excited to guide you on this journey of self discovery and professional growth.
