USUI Reiki Level One - SHODEN (In-Person)

Welcome to Reiki Level One - Shoden

This is a gentle invitation to step into the world of Reiki, a space to slow down, reconnect, and begin a deeper relationship with your own energy.

Whether you’re feeling called to support your own wellbeing, explore energy work, or begin a new path of learning, this training offers a calm and supportive foundation. You don’t need any prior experience, just an openness to receive and a willingness to listen within.

Over the course of the day, you’ll be guided through the principles and practice of Reiki in a way that feels grounded, accessible, and deeply restorative, as well as an understanding of the human energy body, it's structure and functions. This is not just a training, but a space to pause, reset, and reconnect with yourself.

You will receive a Reiki Level One handbook and your Shoden attunement, opening you to channel Reiki energy for self healing and for sharing with others. We’ll explore gentle, intuitive practices that you can integrate into your daily life, supporting your nervous system, your energy, and your overall sense of balance.

At the end of the training, you will receive your internationally recognised Reiki Shoden certificate on behalf of Reiki by the Sea, accredited by IPHM - International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine.

This is a small, intimate group, allowing space for personal guidance, questions, and integration. The pace is soft, the environment is supportive, and you are welcome exactly as you are.
