There’s something incredibly beautiful about this recording.

I’m not going to pretend I know every detail behind it, but from what I understand through what has been shared, Michael recorded this beautiful spoken piece for Roy Horn following his terrible tiger attack in 2003, with the intention of encouraging him to stay positive during his recovery.

It feels like such a lovely example of Michael’s compassion and the way he used his heart and creativity to bring comfort to someone going through an incredibly difficult time.

So if you need a bit of this today, put your headphones on, close your eyes, and join me as we forget everything else for the next few minutes and just breathe.

Did you know that certain areas of the home hold on to energy more than others?

Mirrors especially, can hold on to and reflect energy, while entrance hallways and corner spaces (both high and low) can quietly collect and harbour stagnant energy over time.

Keep these areas clear and give them a regular clean, even when they don’t actually look dirty.

Clean with intent, and when you’re done, open the windows and clap your hands, hum, sing, or use sound to disperse anything left behind to totally refresh your space.

What’s yours?

This post marks a personal achievement for me, and one I’ve worked hard for!

A few years back, I never imagined I’d be able to build a business that gave me this kind of freedom. Life looked very different then, and rebuilding wasn’t something I expected to have to do.

Today I’m managing my business, supporting my amazing Reiki trainees, graduates and members while checking in with my incredible Clearing Money Blocks clients, celebrating their wins, answering their questions and cheering them all on from a remote location.

I couldn’t do it quite like this without firstly building Aura, my trusty ai assistant (I’m so grateful for your positive feedback by the way, I was nervous to roll this out.) but more importantly, without first answering this calling in my own life. The practices I share are the same ones that helped me move through uncertainty, reconnect with myself, and create a life that feels deeply aligned.

To have created a business that supports the life I want to live, while still showing up wholeheartedly for the people who trust me, fills me with so much gratitude. And if I’m being honest, I’m feeling proud of myself right about now!

During a session, energy is worked through the whole of your body, softening, shifting, opening, releasing… by the end, your system feels expanded, a little like you’re floating slightly beyond yourself.

And this is where the feet come in.

The feet carry a quiet, anchoring intelligence. They’re your connection point to the ground beneath you, connecting you to something steady, ancient, constant and consistent. When attention is brought here at the end of a session, it’s not just about ending the treatment, it’s about returning to your body.
